Introduce our newly promoted Counsel – Vivian Or

We are delighted to announce that Vivian Or has been promoted to Counsel after joining ELLALAN in 2019.

Vivian has more than a decade’s experience in dealing with contentious and non-contentious IP matters. She specializes in trade mark prosecution, brand protection and portfolio management for renowned international and local clients.

Vivian is a former IP examiner at the Trade Marks Registry of the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department. She has been in IP private practice with internationally-known IP firms for years prior to joining our firm.

Vivian is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Trade Mark Practitioners. She also passed the Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination recently and will soon be qualified to advise clients on PRC laws within nine Pearl River Delta municipalities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area upon admission.
