Rosita is a Partner of ELLALAN and has been with the firm since February 2020.

Rosita has almost 30 years of experience dealing with issues on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property, and entertainment and information technology, in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She handles the full spectrum of intellectual property work from enforcement, litigation to licensing and portfolio management.

Rosita is a former IP Partner of Mayer Brown (formerly known as Johnson Stokes & Master, then JSM, then Mayer Brown JSM) and she has advised global conglomerates and Hong Kong blue-chip clients on their global trademark portfolio and enforcement portfolio in APAC, spreading across different industry sectors such as financial services, real estate, retail, hospitality as well as luxury and fashion.
