John Maina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons.) degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
John is a corporate and commercial lawyer and has extensive experience in general corporate work as well as in corporate banking and finance, securitization, mergers and acquisitions, energy and infrastructure, legal regulatory work, and conveyancing and property.
He also specializes in aviation, data protection, intellectual property, and employment law. Having previously worked as an advocate at Walker Kontos Advocates (a tier-one law firm in Kenya), he brings on board hands-on experience in delivering quality service to our clients.
