Juan Pablo is a founding member at Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani and Co-Head of the Firm´s General Corporate and M&A Team. In this capacity, he co-leads a team of more than 20 attorneys exclusively dedicated to the practice, which accounts for one of the largest active M&A teams in Argentina. He is also a member of the Executive Management Committee of the Firm and leads its Pro Bono practice.
He has a 22-year long practice focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, equity capital markets and both transactional and day-to-day advice for domestic and multinational companies. He has an extensive track record in M&A transactions, banking, fintech, energy and retail. He also has a strong record in project finance transactions, specifically in renewable and thermal energy projects, as well as an extensive expertise in debt capital markets and asset-backed financing transactions.
