Kenneth Likoko holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons.) degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
Ken is an experienced transactional lawyer and has advised local and international clients in various areas including: banking and securities; immigration matters; debt and equity finance; project finance; asset finance; intellectual property both contentious and non-contentious; mergers & acquisitions; insolvency; joint ventures; real estate transactions; and negotiation of complex commercial transactions.
Having worked at a busy Tier II Firm in Kenya as well as at a Tier III bank as the head of legal affairs, Ken brings with him a wide range of experience in both the legal and financial space.
