Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 14 December 2020 – Loyens & Loeff has invited Michel van Agt, Charlotte Kiès, Pauline Leegwater, Peter Moons, Jérôme Mullmaier, Ehsan Shirzadi and Fabian Sutter to join the firm as partners with effect from 1 January 2021.

Michel van Agt, senior deputy civil law notary, is a member of the practice group Corporate / M&A and the Capital Market team. He advises multinationals, listed companies and investors on the full range of corporate transactions, including IPOs, (cross-border) M&A and private equity transactions.

Charlotte Kiès, tax adviser, is a member of our International Tax Services practice group. She advises internationally operating corporate clients on Dutch and international taxation. She is also a member of the Region Teams Latin America, Spain and Portugal.

Pauline Leegwater, attorney at law, is a member of our Real Estate practice group and part of our dedicated Real Estate sector team. She specializes in real estate transactions and asset management, with a strong focus on the private equity sector.

Peter Moons, attorney at law and tax adviser, is a member of our International Tax Services practice group. He focuses on cross-border corporate tax advice for multinationals and funds, in particular private equity funds, their initiators and their investors.

Jérôme Mullmaier, attorney at law, is a member of our Investment Management practice group. He advises a wide range of asset managers and investors on the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds, with a focus on private equity, infrastructure, debt and real estate funds. His practice also covers regulatory advice associated with fund formation matters.

Ehsan Shirzadi, attorney at law, is a member of our Banking & Finance practice group. He specialises in secured lending transactions (with a focus on transportation finance and real estate finance) and in financial restructuring transactions.

Fabian Sutter, attorney at law and Swiss certified tax expert, registered with the Zurich bar, is a member of our International Tax Services practice group. He specializes in Swiss and international tax matters with a strong focus on corporate reorganizations, M&A, financing transactions and transfer pricing.
