She is a lawyer graduated from the Andrés Bello Catholic University in 1975; Social Management at the Institute of Higher Studies (IESA) in 1987; Postgraduate in Child and Adolescent Law at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) in 1991; Founding partner of the Law Firm Rojas & Parra S.C., she previously served as Alternate Magistrate and Co-Judge of the Social Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, Magistrate of the Superior Court II of Family and Minors of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, Legal Consultant of the Ministry of the Family and the National Institute of Minors (INAM).
María Cristina has a recognized experience in litigation and negotiations in family matters, divorces, protection of children and adolescents and inheritance.
He has also actively participated in national and international litigation in matters related to illegal child abduction.
María Cristina has been an undergraduate and graduate professor at the Central University of Venezuela and a postgraduate professor at the Andrés Bello Catholic University in the field of Integral Protection of Children and Adolescents, she is currently a professor at the Monte Ávila University in the Diploma “Leadership with a Gender Approach”.
