Maria Paz´s professional practice in Chirgwin is focused on the Areas of Corporate and M&A, as well as the Real Estate business. She has substantial experience advising national and foreign clients, mainly in M&A, commercial contracts, and foreign investment in Chile. She has worked with Chilean and foreign companies in a diverse portfolio (including renewable energy, agribusiness, tire manufacturing, trade, and IT services), providing advice on commercial and corporate governance issues, contracts, real estate, and regulatory matters.
Previously, she worked in her early years with forestry companies on regulatory, civil, and commercial matters. Later, she worked as a senior associate of a law firm in the banking area in company structuring, powers of attorney, loans, guarantees, real estate title studies, and purchases.

We have strong skills in litigation and arbitration.
