We usually assist companies from the startup (incorporating the company, securing trademarks, entering into a lease for the premises, hiring personnel, etc.) to the day-to-day counseling.
The scope of our legal services is broad, covering the practice areas business clients are usually most interested in, such as labor law, corporate law commercial contracts, consumer law, administrative law, etcetera.
Some samples of the industries we provide counsel to are automotive systems, healthcare, information and communication technologies, construction, distribution, franchising, hardware, commercial, industrial and manufacturing, professional services, real estate, retail, surveillance, etcetera.
When dealing with our clients´ problems and although we are more than prepared to litigate, our primary approach is to prevent conflicts and negotiate amicable solutions, avoiding time-consuming and expensive litigation.
