Mark Osherow is certified as a specialist in business litigation by The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before all Florida, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern districts of Florida as well as before several other federal trial courts. At the appellate level, Osherow is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
A seasoned lawyer who has been in practice since 1988, Osherow handles business disputes and related matters through trial or arbitration. These matters include trade secret misappropriation, noncompete agreement breaches, and shareholder and partnership disputes. His real estate litigation experience encompasses residential and commercial real estate fraud and title disputes and construction litigation of highly contested matters. Osherow’s intellectual property litigation background includes data breaches, theft and piracy of electronic data and platforms, as well as copyright and trademark infringement matters.
Osherow has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for 2023 in the field of Business Litigation, the ninth time he achieved this recognition. He also has been included numerous times in the listing of the Top 100 Miami Area Super Lawyers and has been recognized in Super Lawyers for 17 years in a row.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Osherow’s partner, Kenyetta Alexander, has been practicing law for 15 years and has managed numerous complex litigation cases, including successfully representing clients as first and second chair at trial in both jury and non-jury trials, as well as arbitrations.
A member of the NSU College of Law Board of Directors, she served as the Palm Beach County Bar Association ADR Committee’s Chair, a member of the Business Litigation Committee and a member of the Solo and Small Firm Committee. Alexander also is a member of South Palm Beach County Bar Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Labor and Employment Committee, and the Solo and Small Business Committee. A member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court in Palm Beach County, she donates her time as a member of Camelot Community Care Broward Advisory Board and was honored by the March of Dimes as a 2021 Woman of Distinction.
