JUDr. Martin Jacko is a Managing Partner at the international firm Lansky, Ganzger, Jacko & Partner, s. r. o. from 2015. He brings to the table an impressive track record in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, contract law, transactional advice, M&A, construction law (including FIDIC), real estate, administrative law, insolvency and restructuring law, compliance, public procurement, state aid / investment aid, as well as international and European law. He focuses on large construction and infrastructure projects (particularly in the sphere of transport sector – the construction of highways, roads and railroads), acquisitions of companies and crisis management on national and international level.
Since 2010, after his registration as insolvency and restructuring administrator carried out by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic, Martin Jacko has led several insolvency and liquidation proceedings in Slovakia.
Martin Jacko is very active in the field of compliance, where our company, together with KPMG Slovensko spol. s r.o. and the Slovak-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, co-founded the largest compliance initiative in Slovakia – the Slovak Compliance Circle(SCC). It was created in 2013 to develop and implement standards and legal aspects of compliance. Martin Jacko, as a long-term member of the board of directors and current member of an advisory board, provides the association with professional support and advice in the field of law as well as in strategic and operational direction.
As one of the first members of the LGP Slovakia team, Martin had the opportunity to contribute to the process of transforming the local office of an international law firm into a significant player on the Slovak domestic market.
