Mwaita Musuka holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She was registered as a legal practitioner and conveyancer in 1999. Mwaita has a keen interest in Property Law, Conveyancing, Mining Law and Corporate and Commercial Law. Mwaita’s strengths lie in regulatory and compliance issues, contract drafting and reviews. Arbitration is one of her major interests. Mwaita has represented corporates and individuals in both the High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe. Mwaita is also affiliated to a national sports governing body and is increasing her portfolio in sports law and sports arbitration. Mwaita strongly believes in empowering women and has worked with programs aligned with the rehabilitation of female inmates at Chikurubi Female Prison and Marondera Female Open Prison.
