Naiyachon has been appointed as our Managing Partner of JTJB International Lawyers since August 2015. He was previously experienced in a leading international law firm, specializing in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, Shipping & Maritime and Transportation. While his practice has been focused on litigation for over 20 years, he has rich practice experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Naiyachon has focused on Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices covering an area of dispute i.e. commercial, shipping & maritime, international trade, construction, shareholder & joint venture, labor, trade competition & antitrust and also white-collar. He also has handled arbitration case in Thailand and international arbitration e.g. Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA), London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), ICC International Court of Arbitration, Thai Arbitration Center (THAC), Thai Arbitration institute (TAI) etc.
For non-litigation matters, Naiyachon has extensive experience in commercial agreement, shipping & international trade transactions, labor & employment and commercial regulatory.
Naiyachon has been appointed to be the Panel of Arbitrators of the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC).
Naiyachon has been recognized a Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500, Distinguished Practitioner by Asialaw, Thailand Top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal and Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation.

Following the merger, Apisith John Sutham acts a consultant, while Ms. Pattaravadee Kongcharoenniwat and Ms. Wiyadathawin Luenchavee have become JTJB’s new partners in the Intellectual Property and Corporate & Commercial Practices, respectively. The combination of JTJB and AWP & Alliance maximizes and further expands the full range of legal services available to our clients and potential clients.
