Naiyachon have been a Managing Partner of JTJB International Lawyers since August 2015 and Naiyachon have practiced lawyer in past 18 years. Naiyachon graduated LLB and LLM from Thammasat University and he have been in list of Arbitrator of Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC)
Naiyachon has focused on Shipping, Maritime and Transportation practices, Naiyachon’s areas of work include maritime disputes such as charterparty claim, demurrage claims, bunker claim, cargo claim, and arrest of vessel.
Naiyachon has also experienced in a shipping contract, shipping transactional and international trade transaction.
Naiyachon’s litigation work has generally been in the area of Business and Commercial Dispute especially in construction dispute, shareholder dispute, labour dispute, intellectual property dispute and trade competition dispute in both Local Thai Court and Arbitration.
Naiyachon has been recognized a Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500, Distinguished Practitioner by Asialaw, Thailand Top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal and Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation.

On 1st February 2023, JTJB merged with AWP & Alliance (formerly known as Apisith & Alliance). Following the merger, Apisith John Sutham acts a consultant, while Ms. Pattaravadee Kongcharoenniwat and Ms. Wiyadathawin Luenchavee have become JTJB’s new partners in the Intellectual Property and Corporate & Commercial Practices, respectively. The combination of JTJB and AWP & Alliance maximizes and further expands the full range of legal services available to our clients and potential clients.
