Natasha has been with the Firm since 2014. Her focus areas of practice are banking and finance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, TMT, general commercial contracts and corporate advisory. Previously, Natasha practiced as a senior associate with Bharucha & Partners in Mumbai. She has also been an in-house legal counsel for ICICI Bank Limited, Mumbai.
Natasha has a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2005) and a LL.M. in International Business Laws from the London School of Economics, U.K. (2008, Marchant Foundation Scholar). She is admitted to practice law in India.
She has advised and represented investors as well as companies at various stages of investment, including with respect to early-stage, PE / VC and M&A transactions. She also regularly advises on matters relating to technology and data privacy aspects, general commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
When not lawyering, Natasha can usually be found engrossed in a work of fiction. She loves to dance, bake, travel and can occasionally be found telling stories to little children through puppetry.
