Pablo Tamayo is the managing partner at Geller Tamayo, LLC, a full-service personal injury law firm in the State of Florida. Pablo is a South Florida based Personal Injury Attorney who focuses his practice on securing successful results for victims wrongfully injured in automobile/trucking/cycling/pedestrian crashes, and slip/trip falls.

Pablo started his career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he gained a vast array of trial and courtroom experience while prosecuting significant crimes, before entering into private practice and representing clients at Miguel de Grandy, PA, Holland & Knight, and Weiss Serota Helfman, in matters varying from government bid protests to civil litigation and defending cities and municipalities in a wide-range of disputes.

Pablo left the corporate law firm practice in 2015 to start his own firm, which has allowed him to provide the kind of personalized and dedicated services to his clients he prefers. Today, Pablo is a key partner at Geller Tamayo, LLC, where he handles a wide variety of personal injury cases. Over the years, Pablo has recovered millions for his clients in all types of personal injury cases including auto accidents, slip and falls, truck accidents, maritime accidents, and wrongful death claims.

Pablo is a native of Miami, Florida. He was born and raised in the South Miami area and attended high school at Ransom Everglades in Coconut Grove. He went away to college at Fairfield University in Connecticut, where he was a 4-year scholarship baseball player and team-voted captain, before returning to Miami to attend St. Thomas University School of Law. In addition to establishing local ties to the community, Pablo also had the benefit of interning and clerking for judges at the 11th Circuit Criminal Court and the state attorney’s office before accepting his position as a prosecutor in 2007.
