Pattaravadee (Dee) has extensive experience, 20 years in intellectual property. Dee practiced as an associate in the intellectual property law firm Frank International Co. Ltd. Afterwards, she was a senior associate at a mid-sized Bangkok-based independent commercial law firm AWP & Alliance Ltd. in2011 – previously known as Apisith & Alliance Ltd. and was promoted to partner in intellectual property practice in the Year 2015.
Before joining JTJB in February 2023, Dee advised clients in all areas of intellectual property law, including trademark registration and prosecution, both in-bound and out-bound, as well as patent and patent design filings in Thailand and abroad. She also has expertise in IP advisory and Intellectual property law transactional issues, including due diligence, trademark licenses, and franchising. She was entrusted with local and international clients to manage their intellectual property portfolio by assisting in planning and executing global and regional intellectual property law and practice.
Furthermore, she has been mentioned in a record of WTR1000 research that she takes the reins of the IP team. She has an established reputation as a composed counselor and commercial IP expert. She has been continually ranked as an Asia IP expert until present. Additionally, she has been invited to Assumption University’s Faculty of Law as a special lecturer on the topics of trademark opposition and counterstatement. Under her watch, the set gives thorough, clear, high-quality advice and responds with impressive speed.

Following the merger, Apisith John Sutham acts a consultant, while Ms. Pattaravadee Kongcharoenniwat and Ms. Wiyadathawin Luenchavee have become JTJB’s new partners in the Intellectual Property and Corporate & Commercial Practices, respectively.
