Peter Connolly is the founder of his own niche litigation firm having qualified in 1999. He worked as a District Attorney for a number of years before setting up on his own in 2003. He leads a nimble team of three experienced litigators in all manner of Litigation and alternative dispute resolution before the Irish Courts and ADR tribunals. He is well known among his peers and the Judiciary in the areas of criminal defence, personal injury, contentious company / commercial litigation extradition and white-collar crime and regulatory investigations concerning corporate crime not just before the Courts, but in the investigation stage, when dealing with Law enforcement whether it’s the police, tax authorities and other government investigators in the areas of competition, and data protection and health care.

He has 25 years experience in company /commercial litigation shareholder disputes and is also very familiar with acting for Plaintiffs and Defendants in the area of Personal Injury and Medical Negligence. He has recovered millions in damages awards for clients over the years before the Irish Courts.

In terms of private client work, he has acted in matrimonial/divorce cases before the High Court where large assets and the custody arrangements regarding children are at stake.
