Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired infrastructure partner David Ulbrick to its team in the Perth office.
David joins the Perth office from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers where he was the leader of the Perth Construction and Infrastructure practice group. He is joined by Simon di Rosso also from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers.
David is well regarded in Perth and throughout Australia in the construction disputes space. He regularly advises on international and domestic construction disputes including arbitration, mediation, facilitated negotiation, expert determinations, rapid adjudications and the utilisation of dispute resolution boards.
David’s clients include tier one and tier two contractors, private equity developers and institutional developers. Before joining Pinsent Masons David and Simon were acting for John Holland in relation the Perth Children’s Hospital litigation against the State in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. David has also worked with Clough, CPB Contractors, Downer and BAM International (amongst others).

The appointment follows the continued expansion of the firm’s infrastructure and energy team in Asia Pacific. Pinsent Masons Australia has more than 100 specialist infrastructure and energy lawyers and business professionals working across our three offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
