Remigiusz Stanek is an attorney at law (radca prawny) entered in the list of counsels of the Regional Chamber of Counsels in Warsaw, and managing partner of the Firm. He holds the Ph.D. degree in legal sciences and the LL.M degree, obtained at the Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder).
He gained his experience during long-term work for DZ Bank Polska, as a Managing Associate at Deloitte Legal and a Senior Associate at Krawczyk i Wspólnicy.
Remigiusz is a permanent Business Center Club (BCC) expert in tax proceedings law.
He specializes in tax and penal-fiscal proceedings law, contract law and legislative advice.
He represents clients before tax authorities, Provincial Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court in matters related to tax law and in administrative matters.
He provides legal advisory services for clients from the German-speaking economic area.
His practice so far has included complex regulatory projects for the financial sector and M&A projects. Moreover, he has issued opinions on legislative acts and represented the BCC at the Parliament of the Republic of Poland.
Remigiusz has worked for the banking, financial, automotive and recycling sectors.
