Biography

Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of São Paulo (2004). Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Economic Law Business and Policy from Stanford Law School (USA). Specialist in Economic Law from FGV-SP. Non-Governmental Advisor (NGA) of the Unilateral Conduct Working Group and the Merger Working Group from the International Competition Network (ICN). He has extensive experience on a wide range of competition law matters including cartel investigations and leniency applications, merger clearances, abuse of dominance investigations, client counseling, litigation and corporate compliance programs. Ricardo also practiced law with the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Brussels, counseling clients in European and Brazilian Competition law matters.
