Jagriti Mohata – Partner, Corporate & Transactions

Mohata joins Samvad Partners with over 14 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, and corporate advisory work. Her expertise includes structuring inbound foreign investments and cross-border acquisitions, particularly in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, IT/ITES, manufacturing and specialty chemicals sectors. Prior to joining Samvad Partners, she served as a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

Nivedita Udupa – Partner, Employment & Corporate

Nivedita contributes over 9 years of expertise in employment and labour laws alongside general corporate advisory services. She regularly counsels leading corporations on high-stakes matters including C-suite terminations, POSH compliance, ESOP structuring, and employee transfers. Lalit Munshi – Partner, Dispute Resolution

Lalit brings over 8 years of specialized experience in dispute resolution, focusing on civil and commercial litigation, securities litigation, and insolvency matters. His client portfolio spans multiple industries including aviation, construction, banking, infrastructure, hospitality, steel, IT, sports, and media sectors. He has been recognized as a Key Lawyer for Dispute Resolution Arbitration by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2025.
