Simon is an international arbitration and commercial litigation lawyer with over 25 years of experience. Having spent over 7 years working in Mainland China full-time, he has unmatched knowledge and understanding of international dispute resolution practice as well as the culture and the way Chinese companies conduct their businesses.

Simon has extensive experience acting for both local and foreign companies in a broad spectrum of cross-border arbitration and litigation cases in different industries. He also has robust hands-on experience dealing with local PRC government authorities in various municipalities including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Nanjing, Suzhou, Changsha, Chenzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai.

Simon enjoys hiking and all sorts of outdoor activities. He likes drama and concerts, working out in gym, enjoying good food and wine with friends, and visiting new places every year which unfortunately have been curtailed for the time being.
