He is leading the Corporate Services Offering of Nomuscapital Corporate Services and looking after the structures of a diverse portfolio of international corporations and high net-worth individuals.
He has advised clients on structuring their international business affairs, including re-domiciliation of entities and mergers and acquisitions and has also dealt extensively with various corporate and trust matters.
He is a dedicated person with a result-driven approach, a commitment for delivering the best solutions and outcomes for his clients and he is a strong believer and pursuer to having a positive work culture.
Stelios holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science and is Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). He started his career working for 5 years as an auditor, has worked as Executive Director/Head of Operations of a Cyprus Investment Firm and has also held other non-executive positions in regulated firms.
