Dmitry Gladkov joined Eversheds Sutherland’s Russian team as Of Counsel in our banking and finance practice.

For over 20 years, Dmitry advised Russian and international clients on banking and financial law, corporate finance, restructuring debt, as well as on questions related to the formation and administration of venture capital and private equity investment funds. Dmitry is an expert on the stock market who also has comprehensive experience managing crypto-currency projects and other endeavors based on blockchain technology.
