He has over 11 years of practical experience in the legal field and is a robust commercial draftsman and commercial litigator whose composure, handling of complex legal issues and arguments commands superior confidence amongst Clients and colleagues. Due to his vast exposure, Mr. Tladi is internationally recognized and usually serves by providing advice on Botswana law and regulatory environment to financial institutions, multinationals and international law firms such as leading South African law firms and represents both local and international highly profiled individuals and blue-chip companies.
Mr Tladi’ is an experienced transactional lawyer and has advised local and international clients in various areas including, banking and Finance, securities, Capital markets; debt and equity finance; project finance; asset finance; Mergers and Acquisitions, intellectual property both contentious and non-contentious; insolvency; aviation law , mining law, real estate transactions and advising on various Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts in Botswana for state owned enterprises and Private Parties.
