Having practiced law as an attorney coupled with my General Counsel experience has provided me with a good back-ground to operate as the legal advisor in the domestic and international business.
My area of interest is Buy-Outs in particular. I like to work hands-on with my team in the assignments and projects. We always aim at generating practical yet legal and commercially sound solutions for the clients.
