AI-EI Law Firm was established by Michihiro Mori with several attorneys mainly from Nishimura & Asahi, the largest law firm in Japan. Our firm’s name, “AI-EI,” originates from “Artificial Intelligence & Emotional Intelligence,” while simultaneously being taken from the name of the founder’s family business. We use “artificial intelligence” to express our ability to analyze a case efficiently using our vast experience, and we utilize our “emotional intelligence” to settle the dispute. As the founder served as a judge in employment, civil and commercial litigation, and all other members have experience as lawyers working for prestigious firms, the office has expertise in dispute resolution, especially civil and commercial litigation, as well as labor/employment matters.
