🌟 We are delighted to welcome Andrew McManus as Partner at IMD Solicitors LLP! 🌟

Andrew joins us to lead our Contentious Trusts and Probate practice, bringing over 15 years’ experience in private wealth disputes. He specialises in contentious probate and trust litigation, often involving complex, high-value, and cross-border estates.

He helps clients navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives, guiding them through disputes arising from the death or incapacity of a loved one. His goal is always to secure clarity and peace of mind while protecting his clients’ interests.

Andrew is recognised not only for his technical skill (Legal 500, 2024: ā€œthe standout lawyer – he is technically very astuteā€) but also for his empathetic, pragmatic approach.

Before joining IMD, Andrew held senior positions at leading UK firms including Knights and Gateley Legal, building a strong track record across contentious trusts and estates.

We are proud that Andrew has chosen IMD as the next step in his career, and we look forward to the expertise and value he will bring to our clients and team.
