White & Case is making a major expansion of its European infrastructure M&A and finance practice with the addition of Katie Hicks and Tim Sheddick as new partners in London. Both partners join from Shearman & Sterling and will work alongside current partners Caroline Sherrell, Simon Caridia and Sandra Rafferty.
