Dr. Shala is the Partner of the law firm KLG, office in Prishtina.
Dr. Shala’s practices law since 1980 in Prishtina and from 1994 in Republic of Albania. He has experience on private and public law. Dr. Shala also has extensive experience in drafting legal documents. He was Head of Governmental Working Groups on drafting Kosovo Water Law (2004), Waste Management Law (2004); Law for establishment of the regulatory for waste, water, bulk water and wastewater (2005); Air Protection Law (2005); Nature Protection Law (2005), Environment protection law (2007) Law on the Establishment of a National Spatial Data Infrastructure in the Republic of Kosovo (2015), Law on Cadaster (2016).
That by having in consideration his experience as legal expert in Contracted Control of Quality and Quantity of goods and implementation service contracts on import and export relations, work on providing legal services from his own Office in Prishtina and Tirana gives guaranty for providing highest level of legal services.
Dr. Shala has native in Albanian, and has very good knowledge of English, Croatian and Bosnian languages, as well as essentials knowledge of Macedonian, Bulgarian, Italian and Turkish language.
