We are pleased to inform you that as of September 1, 2022, Dirk Clarysse and his team, lawyers at the bar of West Flanders, will join our firm.
Our colleagues are mainly specialized in commercial law and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). As such, they provide legal advice and litigation support to companies at all stages of their existence, from incorporation to the transfer or termination of the business. Last year, Dirk and his team also published a book dedicated to the transfer of companies, with a practical dimension for both the seller and the buyer.
The creation of a Philippe & Partners’ West-Flanders office generates new synergies and is fully in line with our desire to be locally rooted.
