Congratulations to Mazal, Avital, Shir and Tzipi on their appointment to the partnership! An excellent and leading women’s team, each in its field. Only recently, Mazal was appointed by the Beer Sheva District Court as trustee of a vegetable crops company from the Negev, which applied for a stay of proceedings. Avital leads a variety of complex transactions and projects, with an emphasis on information systems projects of Israel’s leading banks. Shir recently accompanied a forum of parents’ committees, as part of an administrative petition filed against the Ministry of Education and the Emek Hefer Regional Council. The Parents’ Forum, with Shir’s help, succeeded in canceling the award of an educational network chosen as an operator for a veteran youth village, after it did not meet the threshold conditions of the tender. Tzipi, who returned to us after 5 years in the US, where she worked in leading law firms, accompanies both apartment owners and developers in a variety of complex urban renewal projects throughout the country, totaling thousands of apartments and commercial space.
