Two weeks ago, we were so excited to release one of the latest publication series “Cambodia Real Estate Investment Guide” to our colleagues, networks and clients. We were even more thrilled to show the publication to real estate members at the AmCham Real Estate and Construction Networking Night last Wednesday evening at Sathapana Tower with around 90 attendees.

DFDL Cambodia’s Co-Head of Real Estate and Construction Practice, Ms. Davy Kong, welcomed the members with a short opening speech and introduced the newly released guide that came as a free download publication.

The investment guide covers various aspects of real estate investment in Cambodia, such as market overview, real property rights, acquisition of ownership, construction legal framework, tax regime, and real estate finance. The guide also provides insights and tips from our experienced and knowledgeable real estate team, who have advised on some of the most complex and innovative transactions in the region.

Should you have any inquiries or feedback concerning its contents, or require support with your real estate projects in Cambodia, please do not hesitate to reach out to these contacts: [email protected] and [email protected]
