DFDL is pleased to announce that Chris Robinson (Partner, Co-Head of the M&A Regional Practice Group) and Clint O’Connell (Partner, Head of Cambodia Tax Practice) will be guest speakers at a Mergers and Acquisitions Open Meeting on 7 September 2022 at Topaz Restaurant in Phnom Penh.

The high-level workshop was organized by the International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC). Mr. Robinson and Mr. O’Connell will present an overview of recent regional, domestic, and local M&As, as well as a discussion on trends, key issues, taxes, and case studies for pre-deal restructuring.

The DFDL experts will draw on first-hand experience to provide strategies for navigating a sale, purchase or the consolidation of companies or assets through various types of financial transactions.
