While a lot of emphasis has been given to the physical health of individuals and any illness in the physical arena is catered to seriously, mental health is an aspect of human life that is frequently ignored and not acknowledged, even by those who may suffer from it. On a positive note, one’s understanding of mental health at work is changing, including recognition of the fact as to how widespread poor mental health is in present times, including at workplaces.

The article, co-authored with Mr Ajay Bhargava, dwells on the need for change in the legal industry towards recognition and assistance on mental health issues faced in the industry.
