We are exceptionally pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Malay Mukherjee as a Senior Advisor in our enhanced Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Synergies Practice. Mr. Mukherjee brings deep, specialized leadership experience, having steered the overall growth and development of the business of IFCI. During his tenure at IFCI, he served as the Chairman of the Board of IFCI Financial Services Limited, IFCI Infrastructure Development Ltd., IFCI Factors Ltd., Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd., IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited, and Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. He previously served as Executive Director of the Central Bank of India, leading Credit, Risk, and IT, and brings deep expertise in corporate credit, risk management, and M&A, strengthening the firm amid India’s accelerating consolidation driven by FDI growth and IBC reforms. Internally, the M&A Team will be jointly led by Mr. Saket Singhi, Director, M&A, and Mr. Ankur K Singhi, Joint Managing Partner, and assisted by our dynamic cadre of team members.

Mr. Mukherjee’s guidance will strengthen our integrated transaction services, with a multidisciplinary focus on cross-border M&A, IBC resolutions, and advocacy before CCI, SEBI, NCLT, and sectoral regulators. We are confident that Mr. Mukherjee’s fusion of transactional depth and executive enforcement savvy will be instrumental in positioning our clients for ascendancy in this dynamic ecosystem and aligning with India’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
